Graphia accolades 4 IDA Awards

We are delighted to announce that Graphia received 4 awards at the renowned IDA Design Awards for 2023. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to excellence in design and our dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation and, equally important, the foresight of our clients who have the trust and the vision to see these designs through. We are humbled to be among one of the esteemed winners of the award.


We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to the IDA Design Awards for this esteemed recognition and to our clients and partners who have supported us on this incredible journey.


1.CR Land Building Shanghai - Silver Awards Winner


This project is a Grade A office building in a prime location In Shanghai. With an architectural emphasis on a ‘neo-constructivist’ style, the client aims for a building that distinguishes itself from the other Grade A buildings in Shanghai.







2.Hangzhou The Gate Hangzhou : Bronze Awards Winner


Hangzhou Century Center, also known as "Hangzhou Gate", is the highest landmark building approved for planning in Hangzhou. It consists of two H-shaped towers of offices, hotels, services apartments and a commercial podium.







3.St George's Mansion Hong Kong : Honorable Mention Awards Winner


With a legendary affluent residential address, St. George’s Mansion’s architect has a vision of “Creating a landmark, a very desirable address that will be passed from generation to generation.” We are proud to be part of the team to achieve this vision.






4.UNIC Shenzhen : Honorable Mention Awards Winner


UNIC is derivate from the combination of Union + City, representing a diverse imagination for future super city. Baishizhou Urban Renewal project is currently the largest and most high profile urban renovation development in Shenzhen, China. The overall site area of the development is 5 million m2; upon completion, it will comprise of office, luxury residential building, hotel, retail, public school and community facilities.


The project is separated into 4 development phases. Our winning design is for the phase 1 residential development with GFA 800,000 m2 .
