Hangzhou IFC is a mega mixed-use development located in the core waterfront area of Qianjiang New City CBD in Hangzhou by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). The site is comprised of two neighboring riverside, the Riverside West and Riverside East. Graphia was appointed as the environmental graphic and wayfinding consultant for the Riverside East site.
The GFA of the development is over 9 million square feet consists office towers, retail, residential, serviced apartments and hotel.
